At 33mm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the return portal.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
